Cascadura has grown and expanded its horizons. Currently, the group has four complementary segments, contributing to the market in a broader and more personalized way: Cascadura Coating, Cascadura Machining, Cascadura Turbo Solutions and Mil-Spec

History

In 1949, Walter Albrecht Leoni opened Leoni Foundation in the city of Sao Paulo-SP. Then Gerhard Ett joined the team as a partner, where together they were responsible for forming the foundation of the company. After a few years, Rolf and Wolkman, Gerhard’s sons, became part of the company’s corporate structure, thus becoming a family-run organization. In 2002 there was a transition and consequent change in the company’s management team. Strategies and decisions were taken by Isac Possato and Ricardo Leoni Maffei. From that year onwards, new units and segments were incorporated into Cascadura, not only consolidating, and bringing growth to the company, but also adding value to the entire Brazilian industrial market.

Leadership Team

Isac Possato President - Group Isac started in sales at Cascadura in September 1986. His career was built little by little through notable results, becoming President in 2002. Since then, Isac has been responsible for the group's strategic decisions.
Ronaldo Possato Vice President - Group Ronaldo started his activities in 2014 as General Manager of Mil-Spec in the United States. After that, he was responsible for the development of new international businesses and now he is serving as vice president of the group.
Ricardo Leoni Maffei Financial Director - Group Since March 1995, Ricardo follows the legacy of family and founder, Walter Albrecht Leoni, becoming responsible for leading the general financial activities of Cascadura Group.
André Souza President - Cascadura Coating Andre joined the company in April 1995 as lead office tech. Over the years, he made significant contribution and served as technical director. Today, André works closely with the President of the group, Isac Possato, regarding the Cascadura Coating's strategic decisions.
Samuel Oliveira Technical Director - Cascadura Turbo Solution Samuel has served as a specialist in the turbomachinery maintenance segment for 43 years. Since 2019, he has led technical issues related to Turbo Solution.
Márcio Gentil Commercial/Operational Director - Cascadura Turbo Solution Responsible for leading the commercial and operational area of Cascadura Turbo Solution, expanding and consolidating relationships with its customers. He has been part of the group since 2010. ​

Charitable Projects

Cascadura Technical School This is a project conceived by the company’s CEO, Isac Possato. Cascadura requires specific skill sets to serve the industry. By identifying specific labor shortages in the marketplace, Cascadura decided to eliminate the labor shortage by investing in education. This initiative is a step in helping people in our community out of unemployment, a situation that plagues our country. Our Technical School offers meals and transportation, by understanding the candidate and their needs that participate in the program. Compassion Project We support the compassion project, which was founded in 2015, with a commitment to alleviate the difficult conditions of people who are in extreme poverty. The Project consists of four actions, serving Salvador and the Metropolitan Region. Donations by food banks and Soup kitchens Compassion Project had the initial objective of alleviating people’s hunger through the donations distributed by food banks. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the action was intensified, which increased the number of people reached.
