Cascadura Technical School
This is a project conceived by the company’s CEO, Isac Possato. Cascadura requires specific skill sets to serve the industry. By identifying specific labor shortages in the marketplace, Cascadura decided to eliminate the labor shortage by investing in education. This initiative is a step in helping people in our community out of unemployment, a situation that plagues our country. Our Technical School offers meals and transportation, by understanding the candidate and their needs that participate in the program. Compassion Project
We support the compassion project, which was founded in 2015, with a commitment to alleviate the difficult conditions of people who are in extreme poverty. The Project consists of four actions, serving Salvador and the Metropolitan Region. Donations by food banks and Soup kitchens Compassion Project had the initial objective of alleviating people’s hunger through the donations distributed by food banks. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the action was intensified, which increased the number of people reached.
