Grinding

A machining process using an abrasive wheel whose function is to reduce roughness, improving its surface finish, ensuring high efficiency in the correction of irregularities and dimensional tolerance. We have different types of grinding wheels such as ceramic and diamond abrasives.

To meet the needs of specialized finishes and crowning on the rolls of the Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL), we have CNC precision machines that perform surface treatment.

In addition to CNC cylindrical grinding machines, we also work with grinding machines that provide super-finishing known as GEM. With this, we guarantee a degree of surface finish from polished and mirrored surfaces with higher and controlled roughness.
