How It Works

Flame Spray is a thermal spray process that creates coatings by using heat to melt materials that are usually in powder or wire form. The heat source used is an oxy-acetylene combustion. In addition to being cost-effective, it is one of the simplest ways to deposit coatings on a substrate to provide impact resistance and protection against wear and corrosion.

As it is portable, it can be used in the field for localized repairs, making it a very versatile tool.
