Cascaseal is a sealing and thermal densification process, which complements other coatings, with the aim of sealing them and improving the corrosion resistance properties of the layer, thus avoiding microporosities passing through to the base metal.
Cascaseal produces an extremely thin single-phase inorganic ceramic layer binds to the coating, which fills both superficially and all the empty space inside the previously applied layer.
It is indicated for sealing layers of hard chrome, chemical or electrolytic nickel and those obtained through thermal spraying.
