Parts and equipment subject to aggressive environments have an extended useful life span due to Cascadura coating applications, making it possible to withstand alkaline or acidic environments, with high humidity and temperatures. We can control the surface roughness of the rolls, from mirror finish to high roughness finishes that pull paper without causing marks. We have a line of non-stick coatings that make it easy to clean the surface of rollers or other parts. In addition, we perform mechanical roller engraving to precisely dose ingredients from your manufacturing processes.
