The coating is etched into our DNA, because that’s where it all began. In 1949, two Germans, Gerhard Ett and Walter Albrecht Leon, founded Cascadura as an electrodeposition coating company, where we started with hard chrome and continued innovating in the segment. 

Over the years of operation in the market, we noticed some industry needs, that’s when we started to bring new technologies from abroad to the local market, thus pioneering to develop several of these services in the country. HVOF – or High Velocity Oxy Fuel, Laser Cladding, Cascaplex, Slurry Coatings and application of fluoropolymers are some examples. 

We also offer Spray & Fuse, Plasma Spray, Submerged Arc, Cascaseal, Flame Spray and much more. 

Component repair and upgrade coatings serves our industries by solving problems such as: abrasion, corrosion resistance, wear, erosion, traction control, anti-adherence, thermal protection and conductivity or electrical barrier. 

We know that to master a new technique it is necessary to research, develop, test and implement new resources. Taking this principle as a basis, we are always looking for new equipment and processes that allow us to advance in solutions and technologies, making us always up to date in the market.
