Cascadura Technical School

This is a project conceived by the company's CEO, Isac Possato. Cascadura requires specific skill sets to serve the industry. By identifying specific labor shortages in the marketplace, Cascadura decided to eliminate the labor shortage by investing in education. This initiative is a step in helping people in our community out of unemployment, a situation that plagues our country.

Our Technical School offers meals and transportation, by understanding the candidate and their needs that participate in the program. All applicants go through a selection process by the company's HR department, where those selected are sent to an intensive course of 280 hours, with theoretical and practical concepts in the areas of Coatings, Machining and Maintenance of industrial parts, by professors from renowned institutions such as Senai.

Many of the participants are hired by the company. The first group started in Bahia in December 2019. With the success of the project, other groups were formed, and the project was expanded to the states of São Paulo and Ceará, and soon, to Minas Gerais.
